EXHIBIT "A"
All fixtures, appliances, apparatus, equipment, _
heating and air conditioning equipment, machinery-and
articles of personal property and replacements thereof
now or hereafter affixed to, attached to, placed upon,
or, used in any way in connection with the complete and
: Comfortable use, occupancy or operation of the real
property described below (hereinafter referred to as the
"real property"), which real property is owned by debtor.
All licenses and permits used or required in connec-
tion with the use of said real property, all leases of said
real proerty now or hereafter entered into and all right,
title and interest of debtor thereunder, including without
limitation, cash or securities deposited thereunder
pursuant to said leases, and all rents, issues, proceeds
and profits accruing from said real property.
-All proceeds of the conversion, voluntary or involun-
terry, of any of the above-described items of personal
property into cash or liquidated claims, including without
limitation, proceeds of insurance and condemnation awards.
REAL PROPERTY
~ From the Southeast corner of the West 1/2 of the Northwest_
1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 36 South,
~ Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run West along
the South line of the said Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast
1/4 346-.67 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way
line for U.S. Highway Number 1, thence run Northwesterly
along said right-of-way line 112.53 feet to the point of
beginning, thence continue Northwesterly along said right-
of-way line 100 feet, thence run East parallel with the
South line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 a
distance of 300 feet, thence run Southeasterly 99.99
feet to a point that is 300 feet East of the point of
beginning, thence run West 300 feet to the point of beginning.
