THIS CAUSE came on to be-heard upon the Motion for Payment
from the Registry of Court of the Defendant, SUSAN A.-WALLINGER,
pursuant to Section 74.071 Florida Statutes, F.S.A., for the
payment of the sums of money set forth in the Declaration of
Taking herein and the identical good faith estimates of value
set forth in the Order of Taking herein, as to Parcel No. 117-R
said sum having been deposted in the Registry pf this Court on
20th-day of July, 1979, and the Court being fully advised in
the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court forthwith
pay to the Defendant, SUSAN A. WALLINGER, the following total
