All of the above sums, including costs and taxes and insurance
and attorneys' fees which are hereby-taxed against said Defen-
dants, and the Court further finding that the sum of $2,543.45
is due on the Final Judgment which constitutes a lien on the
described property from the date of October 25, 1978 with
interest at the rate~of six percent (68) to August 15, 1979
in the amount o~ $122.92; making a total sum due on said
Final Judgment lien in the amount of $2,666.37;.and the Court
further finding that the total amount due to the Plaintiff,
- FLORIDA-BANK-AT-- FORT -PIERCE-from the.. Defendants, ROBERT_ P. _ _
POWELEIT and CAROLS E. POWELEIT, his wife, including all
moneys due under the mortgage and judgment lien is $66,285.70. -
(2) That the Plaintiff,~FLORIDA BANR AT FORT PIERCE,

has a valid first lien by virtue of the mortgage and a valid
judgment lien for the sum specified in the preceding paragraph,
superior in dignity to any right, title, interest or claim of
the Defendants in the above-styled cause upon the following
described property, to-wit:
Lots 10 and 11, Block 1, M.E. GOLDSMITH'S
- SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on-file
in Plat-Book 2 at page 6 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
(3) If the aforesaid total sum due to the Plaintiff, and
all costs of this proceeding incurred subsequent to the date of
this Judgment are not forthwith paid, and if all interest at
the rate prescribed by law is not forthwith paid, the Clerk
of the Court shall sell said property at public sale within the
