(7) Should there be surplus after the payment above
specified, it shall be paid into the registry of the Court.
Should there be a deficiency, the Clerk shall report the amount
thereof to the Court, and this Court shall retain jurisdiction
to enter a deficiency judgment in behalf of the Plaintiff, in
the event such deficiency should arise as a result of said -
aforementioned sale.
(8) Upon confirmation of the sale, the Defendants and all
persons claiming by and through them or any of them, are severally
barred, and foreclosed of and from any right, title, interest,
claim or demand in or to said property, and the purchaser at the
sale, its agents and assigns, shall be let into possession
of said property without delay.
(9) This Court retains jurisdiction of this cause to
settle all other questions that this Court has jurisdiction to
settle under the Complaint in which the proceedings therein
had not settled by this or previous Judgments or Orders in
this cause, as the Court shall deem proper in equity and as the
circumstances of this case inay require, including without
j limitation, Writs of Assistance and Deficiency Judgments, a~ld

~ the Court further retains jurisdiction to order the sale of
the above described property to take place within a shorter
time if said Defendants fail to maintain the premises and
the buildings contained thereon in a proper manner and in
such a way so that the security of the Plaintiff is not in
any way endangered.
