. COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE MB, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
RICHARD D..SNEED, JR. who upon duly sworn did depose and say:
1) That he is an attorney at law authorized to practice in the
State of Florida; that during such practice he has known one Hazel L.
Rector, Michael P. Booth and Suzie Doris Booth, his wife.
2) Thatyouur affiant handled a certain real estate closing
between Hazel L. Rector as grantor and Michael P. Booth and Suzie
Doris Booth, his wife, as grantee on or about April 19, 1974; that
Hazel Rector conveyed by Warranty Deed subject property to Michael P.
Booth and Suzie Doris Booth, his wife, said Warranty.Deed dated April
19, 1974 and recorded in O.R. Book 227 at page 637 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie Countq, Florida. .
3) Your affiant can state of his own personal knowledge that on
the date of said conveyance subject property was wild land, unimproved
and that the grantor did not live on subject property nor on property -
j contiguous therewith and that subject property did not constitute
_ Hazel L, Keator`s constitutional homestead.
4) Affiant can also state of his own personal knowledge that
Suzie Doris Booth has also been known as Doris Booth. _
Further affiant sayeth naught.
