Lessee furnishing the paper hand towels used in said restrooms and the other first floor tenant furnishing the toilet paper and soap for said facilities. Lessor shall maintain all hall~•ays and entrances and exits to. Lessor's building. Lessee agrees to perform, at his expense, all maintenance 0 and janitorial services within the demised premises and to keep the demised premises in an attractive condition at all times. Lessor will place and maintain Lessee's name in the tenant directory in the lobby of .the building, in white plastic letters and Lessee shall have the right to maintain his name and profession on the outside plate glass window, in gold leaf, conforming with the other tenants' names and also to place whatever identification - he-wishes-on-the-plate--.glass- window__of_ _the _demis.ed .premises. _and_ _ _ the entrance door of the demised premises.
