COMES_NOW the parties, by and through their undersigned
attorneys, and hereby stipulate and agree as follows:
1. This cause shall be removed from the trial docket for
September 10, 1979, and continued, to be re-set upon the motion
of either party.
2. The Pre-Trial Conference scheduled in this cause for
August 23, 1979, shall be continued, to be re-set upon the
~ motion of either party.
~ 3. The hearing on the Defendant's Motion to Compel Dis-
~ covert' scheduled for August 23, 1979, shall be continued, to be
re-set upon the notice of either party.
~ 4. The terms and conditions of this Stipulation shall be
incorporated by reference in the following onsent Or--der.
