CONSENT ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court upon the fore-
, going Stipulation of the parties, and the Court having considered
said Stipulation and being otherarise duly advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
-ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the terms-and conditions of said
Stipulation be, and the same are hereby adopted and incorporated _
herein by reference.
