LUCI$ COUNTY, FLORIDA G CASE NO. 79~i~2-FR IN R8: The Marriage Of JAMES PffiLLIPS, JR., Husband and LiLLIS TAYLOR PHILLIPS, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 14th day of August, 1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of-the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The marriage between JAMES PHILLIPS, JR. and LILLIE TAYLOR PffiLLIPS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. Custody of JAMESHA PffiLLIPS, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to LILLIE TAYLOR PffiLLIPS with reasonable visita- tion rights reserved to JAMES PffiLLIPS, JR. E 3. Commencing August 20, 1979 JAMES PffiLLIPS, JR. shall pay to LILLIE TAYLOR PHILLIPS the sum of $150 each and every month for the support of the minor child above named. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to LILLIE TAYLOR PHILLIPS. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. -Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised f of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. 4.
