home located at 2199 Coral Avenue, Paradise Park, St. Lucie County,
Florida and remove himself therefrom together with his personal
effects and furniture and furnishings now located in the marital
home that are the sole property of the Husband. That the Wife shall
execute and deliver to the Husband a third mortgage and note properly
executed by the Wife in the amount of $7,500 at 9 percent interest
payable in ten annual equal installments commencing September 1, 1980
and each .year thereafter until the full amount of principal and
interest have been paid. The said note and mortgage shall permit
prepayment of said principal and interest at any time without penalty
by the Wife. In the event the property above described is sold prior
to the third mortgage having been paid in full together with interest
thereon, the total remaining unpaid principal balance and interest
shall be due and payable. It is the intent that in the event the
- Wife -sells the- above- -described_ property_ _that_ __the _ third mortgage shall
be paid off in full. The Wife is to be responsible for and pay the
mortgage installment payments outstanding on the marital dwelling or -
property located at 2199 Coral Avenue, Paradise Park, St. Lucie
County, Florida as of September 15, 1979 and to save the Husband
harmless therefrom; that possession of the marital home shall be
delivered over by the Husband to the Wife on or before September 1,
1979.
5. That each of the parties hereto shall be responsible for
and pay their own attorney's fees and costs.
6. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of s~yreh further orders 'as may be proper.
