The undersigned, as personal representative ofe -Q- {
above estate, alleges: ~ c ~
1. The decedent, Emma R. Sneed, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died February 25, 1979, and letters of adminis-
tration were issued to petitioner on April 17, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith his first and final account-
ing, containing a complete report of all-receipts and disburse-
ments from February 25, 1979 through the date hereof.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
- -and debts-that--were- presented .and- by_-.paying _or _making___provision
for the payment of all expenses of administration.

4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and the Florida Department
of Revenue and has obtained and filed with this court evidence
' of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both
federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has made distribution of the assets of
this estate as set forth in the first and final accounting
filed herewith.
6. The only persons having an interest in this proceed-
