7. Pursuant to agreement of all interested parties-
. during the course of administration, the decedent's home situate -
at 610 Malabar, (Lot 10, Block 4, Thumb Point), Fort Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida was sold and net proceeds were
$32,787.51; and two shares of Sunrise Ford Company stock were
also__sold and transferred to Sunrise Ford Company in exchange
..for the cash sum of $7462.00, computed in accordance with the
book value of said stock as at June 30, 1979.
8. Any objections to the report of~receipts and dis
bursements or the distribution of assets must be filed within
30 days.
9. Petitioner would show that full and final distribu-
tion of the estate assets has been made and files herewith
receipts of all beneficiaries and consents to discharge.
Petitioner requests that since satisfactory proof of
distribution has been furnished and all creditor claims have
-been paid an order be entered discharging petitioner as per-

j sonal representative of this estate and releasing the surety

on any bond which petitioner may have posted in the proceeding
from. any further liability on it.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of .
my knowledge and belief.
