ref~enoes to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above deem'bed master form of
mortgage and lncorporated by reference heceinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herei~a. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete tract of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-iJNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as foIIows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promiseoq? notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amcunt of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage. not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, e~ocoed
