AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before me, the undersigned authority, authorized to administer
oaths and take acknowledgments, this day personally appeared LOTS
BLANTON, after being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of WILLIAM M. BLANTON,
also known as WILLIAM MATTHEW BLANTON, who died in St. Lucie County,
Florida, on.August 2, 1979.
2. That at the time of his death, they were the owners of the
following described real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida:
That part of the West 280 feet of the East 600 feet of:
S 1/2 of Outlot 7 and the N 1/4 of Outlot 8, according
to a Plat of White City, as recorded in Plat Book 1,
page 21, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, said Lots lying and being in the E 1/2 of the
SE 1/4 of Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 40 East;
Which lies South of the following described line:
Commencing at the SE corner of the above described
land, and on the West right-of-way of Oleander Avenue,
.run thence North along the West right-of-way line of
Oleander Avenue, a distance of 131.25 feet for the
Point of Beginning; thence run West at 90° angle with
right-of-way of Oleander Avenue, and parallel with the
South boundary line of the above described land 910
-feet;- r-un--thence--Southwesterly--to- a--point which -is_ 20___. _ . _
feet North of the South boundary of said land and 1060
feet West of the East boundary of said land; continue
West parallel with and at a distance of 20 feet from
the South boundary of the above described land to the
East right-of-way of Citrus Avenue.
LESS AND EXCEPTING therefrom right-of-way for Buckeye

~ 3. That Affiant was continuously married to her deceased
~ husband from prior to acquisition of title to the above-described
property up to and including the date of his death on August 2, 1979.
