STEVENS and BETTY J. STEVENS, his wife; CHESTER C. CHAMBERS, Sr., and NANCY L. CHAMBERS, his wife; and STANLEY NICKS and LELA M. HICKS, his wife by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 10th day of August , A.O., 1977. and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 272, Page 1299, granted and conveyed unto SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A Florida Corporation and assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of (5450,000.00) Four Hundred Fifty Thousand and NO/100 DOLLARS, with interest as therein mentioned: AND WHEREAS the said HIDDEN RIVER ESTATES DEVELOPERS, s General Florida Partnership; BERME THAMES and ALEXANDRIA THAMES, his wife; MARK E. STEVENS and BETTY J. STEVENS, his wife; CHESTER C. CHAMBERS, Sr., and NIWCY L. CHAMBERS, his wife; and STANLEY HICKS and LELA M. HICKS, his wife requested the said SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A Florida Corporation to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage: NOM,- THEREFORE, KNOM YE, That the said SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A Florida Corpora- tion, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable consideration dollars, to it in hand paid by the said N10DEN RIVER ESTATES DEVELOPERS, a General Florida Partnership; BERME THAMES and ALEXANDRIA THAMES, his wife; MARK E. HICKS, his wife at the time of the execution hereof, the .receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said HIDDEN RIVER ESTATES DEVELOPERS, a General Florida Partnership; BERME THAMES and ALEXANDRIA THAMES, his wife; MARK E. STEVENS and BETTY J. STEVENS, his wife; CHESTER C. CHAMBERS, Sr., and NANCY L. CHAMBERS, his wife; and STANLEY HICKS and LELA M. HICKS, his wife their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit: Lot 11, Block 46, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCI), UNIT SIX, a Subdivision accordingg to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 14, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. I I TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said HIDDEN RIVER ESTATES DEVELOPERS, a General Florida Partnership; BERME THAMES and ALEXANDRIA THAMES, his wife; MARK E. STEVENS and BETTY J. STEVENS, his wife; CHESTER C. CHAMBERS, SR., and NANCY L. CHAMBERS, his wife; and STANLEY HICKS and LELA M. HICKS, his wife~and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance•of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefran, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
