The Petitioner, 3ADIE L. CARONA, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as devisee
under Last Will and Testament of decedent. Petitioner's name and
address is SADIE L. CARONA, 7572 Carona Street, Baton Rouge;,
Louisiana, and the name and address of~Petitioner's attorney is
as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, LYDIA C, NUGENT, whose last known address was
3136 Huron Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, died en October 29, 1977
at Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in East Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages
of any ~tho are minors, are:
