I, Mrs. Lydia C. Nugent, born Collet, make this n4Y Last Will
and Testament, revoking all others.
1. I was married twice, first to Hubert Dupuy, now deceased;
and second to Ernest Nugent, now deceased. No children were born
of either marriage. Mq father, Ferdinand Collet, died about thirty
years ago in Donaldsonville Louisiana. MY mother, Ozelphia Landry,
died about 39 years ago in ~aton Rouge, Louisiana. ~
2. I direct that all IDlY dust debts be paid.
3. I will and bequeath to mmyy beloved nieces, Sadie L. Carona,
Effie L. Carney, and Dolores L. Behrnes, or their descendants, pper '
~ : - stripe, if at~y should predecease me, an undivided one-third (1/3 )
interest each in and to the following described property:
1) The home I now occupy, situated at 3136 Huron Street
f ~ Baton Rogge, Louisiana, Lot 20 Langloisville, together
with the land, all improvements and the contents of
said house.
(2) Lot 4; Square 2, Victory Place, Plank Road Subdivision _
Baton Rouge, Louisiana, together with improvements and
land and house at 2669-71 Wenonah Street, Baton Rouge,
Louisiana. .
4. I declare that all furniture in the house on Wenonah
Street belongs to Henry C. Carney, my grand-nephew.
~ 5. I will and bequeath the following cash legacies:
(1) Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars to my beloved step-son,
Myron Dupuy.
(2) Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to my beloved grand-niece,
Palmer Carney.
6. The entire balance of my estate, movable, immovable, or
personal or mixed, I will and bequeath unto my said beloved nieces,
Sadie L. Carona, Effie L. Carney and Dolores L. Behrnes, share and
share alike, or their respective legal descendants, if one or more
should predecease me, per stripe.
{ 7. I declare that all cash in the American Bank, City
National Bank, and Capital Building and Loan Associations in my
name, is separate iii nature and I have filed a Declaration of
Paraphernality with the Clerk of Court of East~Baton Rouge Parish,
Louisiana.
