9 - BEFORE ME, the undersigned Notary Public, duly
10 commissioned and qualified in and for the above named state and
11 parish, personAlly came and appeared:

~ who being duly sworn, did depose and say that they are,
16 respectively, the Notary Public and two of the witnesses before
16 whom tho Last Will and Testament, in statutory form, of
17 Mrs. Lydia C. Nugent, deceased, dated February 5, 1976 was
18 attested; that they have examined the original will which is
19 filed in these proceedings and consists of an instrument typed
20 on two (2) sheets of legal length bond paper, beginning with-
! $1 the words, "Last-Will and Testament of Mrs. Lydia C. Nugent",
28 and ending with the words, on this 5th day of February-1976

23 at Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana."

26 Affiants further declare under oath, that they
