PROCES VERBAL OF PROBATE OF STATUTOR WILL
BE IT REtERED that on this day of November, _
1977, upon aj~plication of MRS. SADIE L. CARONA, and pursuant to a
decree of this Honorable Court, bearing even date herewith, there
was presented to me, the undersigned Judge of the Nineteenth
Judicial District Court for the Parish of East Baton Rouge, an
instrument-typed on two (2) sheets of legal length bond paper,
c:
beginning with the words, "Last Will and Testament of Mrs. Lydia
'C. Nugent", and ending with the words, on this 5th day of
'February 1976 at Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge, State
I~'~of Louisina" and followed by the signatures of the Testatrix, =
three witnesses and the Notary Public.
There was further presented to me, Judge, an Affidavit
Iprepared in accordance with the provisions of Civil Code Article
'2887, signed by the Notary Public and two of the witnesses before
whom the aforementioned testament was attested, which said
affidavit is annexed hereto and made a-part of this proces
verbal of probate by reference as if set forth at length herein.
And it appearing to me, Judge, that this application
for probate is uncontested and that, in accordance with
Article 2887, no further proof is required.
WHEREFORE, I do hereby declare that the said Last
'Will and Testament, attested before A. J. Spedale, Notary Public
and before Jean R. Parker, Julia M. Loughran and W. D. Grimley
as witnesses, to be duly proved; and having signed the said
Will "Ne Varietur" at the beginning and end of each page thereof, ,
