8 Rouge, State of Louisiana, respectfully represents that:

10 Petitioner's aunt, Lydia C. Nugent, born Collet, died
~ in the Parish of East Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she was
~ domiciled on the 29th-day of October, 1977, as will appear by
~ the Affidavit of Death previously filed herein.

~ Decedent left a Last Will and Testament attested
18 before A. J. Spedale as Notary Public for the Parish of East
1? Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and before Jean R. Parker, Julia M.

18 Loughran and W. D. Grimley as witnesses on the 5th day of
19 February, 1976, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 9:2442,
20 which will petitioner annexes hereto and presents for probate,
21 registry and execution in accordance with law.

23 The said Will names petitioner as Testamentary Executrix
24 to carry out its dispositions, which trust petitioner accepts

~ 26 and desires that Letters Testamentary be issued to her.
Z6 WHEREFORu, petitioner prays that the Last Will and
Testament of Mrs. Lydia C. Nugent, filed herewith, be admitted
