JUDGMENT OF POSSESSION OF PARTS
OF LEGACIES
This matter coming up on the verified petition of
Mrs. Sadie L. Carona, Testamentary Executrix of the Estate of -
Lydia C. Nugent to deliver cash legacies and to place other heirs
in partial possession of the cash assets of the estate; it
appearing that all lanown debts of the succession have been paid
except attorney fees, executrix's fee and the balance of -
inheritance taxes,~for which debts the executrix is retaining
sufficient funds still under administration; and it appearing
.that inheritance taxes on:the cash legacies to be delivered
herein have been paid in the sum of Four Hundred Fifty and no/100
($450.00) Dollars to the Collector of Revenue for the State of
Louisiana; and the evidence being in favor thereof, for the
reasons orally assigned:
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that:
- I. Partial Inheritance Taxes due the State of
Louisiana in the sum of FOUR HUNDRID FIFTY AND NO/100 ($450.00)
Dollars, have been paid to the Collector of Revenue for. the
State of Louisiana ;
II. ANTHONY MYRON DUPUY be recognized as the step-son
~ of the decedent, and as a legatee of the decedent's Will and as
such he is hereby placed in full possession of his legacy in
the sum of Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars in cash, as his entire
share of the estate of the late Mrs. Lydia C. Nugent.
