l III. PAMELA CARNEY be, and she is hereby recognized as
~ the grand-niece of the decedent, and as a legatee of the
S decedent's Will, and as such she is hereby placed in full

7 IV. SADIE L. CARONA, EFFIE L. CARNEY and DOLORES L.
8 BEHRNES be,-and they are hereby recognized as the nieces of
9 the decedent, and as residuary legatees of the decedent's Will,
10 and as such they are hereby placed in possession of a part of
~ their legacy in the sum of Thrge Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty
~ and no/100 ($3,850.00) Dollars each, being the sum of $4,000.00
13 less $150.00 paid in inheritance taxes, as to each niece.

ld the Estat3 of Lydia C. Nugent, be and she is hereby authorized
16 and directed to make distribution of the cash to the legatees as

18 VI. The executrix shall continue to administer-the
