Your Petitioner, William J. Barnes, Attorney for the Estate
of Sylvia Leitzes would respectfully show unto this honorable Courts
1. That on the 6th day of June, 1977, A.D., SYLVIA LEITZES of
1519 Gregory Avenue, Union, New Jersey, departed this life, leaving
a Last Will and Testament duly signed and attested as your Petitioner
believes, which said Will substantially conforms to the laws of the
Stata~ of Florida as to form and manner of execution, and has been
duly admitted to probate and record in the Surrogate's Court of-the
County of Union, and State of New Jersey; an authenticated copy of
said Will and probate proceedings had in said Surrogates Court of
Union County, State of New Jersey, your Petitioner now presents to
your Honor for record:
2. That said decedent left real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida, as follows:
