I, SYLVIA LEITZSS, a resident of Broward County, Florida,
do hereby make, publish and declare this inatrtanent as and for the
First Codicil to my Last Nill and Testament executed by me on
March T8, 1973.
I.
I specifically delete the name of DOUGLAS C. Kl+PLRN, of
Follywood, Florida, as Executor named in Paragraph VI of my Last
Nill and Testament. I substitute therefor the na~oes of my two
belov~:d children, !lARRIET OILMAN and SHffi~Oai POR1

Executors, designated in said paragraph. In all particulars the
said paragraph VI of my Last N'ill and Testament shall remain

I hereby ratify and con fins the said Will in every ~nrticu-

Codicil.
