REAL PROPERTY
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on Petition of the
attorney of the Personal Representative of the above estate
for an ORDER authorizing the sale of certain Real Property de-
scribed to Wit:
South 150 feet of Lot 5, of sudivision
~ of the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
~ section 4, Township 35 South Range 40 East•
I as per Platt thereof recorded in Plat Book 4
Page 51, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
That the above decedent's Will did not contain a Power of
Sale, That the named beneficiaries of the said Real Property
contained in the decedent's Last Will have Consented and stipu-
lated to the sale of the aforedescribed Real Property, it is
hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDED as follows:
1. That the Real Property decribed above may be sole and
it further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the proceeds of the sale
shall not be disbursed by the the Personal Representative of
the estate until such times as the creditor's period has expired
