I, IDA PETERSON EVARTS, domiciled and residing in St.
Lucie County, Florida, declare this instrument to be my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking all prior wills made by me.
F=T: I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses, expenses of my last illness and costs of administering
my estate be paid as soon as practicable after my death.
SE_: I give all of my estate to my Husband, EARLS
1+O;SLSY EVARTS, if he survives me for thirty (30) days.
- THIRDS In the event that my Husband does not survive
me for thirty (30) days, I direct that all of said property except
that specifically mentioned hereafter, be sold and reduced to
cash which I dispose of as follows:
(a) I give and bequeath to the Nurses Alumnae of the
Greenwich Hospital Association, Nurses' Endowed Room Fund,
Greenwich, Connecticut, the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00).
f (b) I give and bequeath to the SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION

~ OF BLINDNESS, Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($500.00) .
(c) I give and bequeath to LEVI OSCAR PETERSON, my
brother, the sum of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00).
(d) I give and bequeath to CARL AUGUST PETERSON, my
brother, the sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500.00).
(e) I give and bequeath to SILA PETERSON SCOTT, my
sister, the sum of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00).
(f) I give and bequeath to MARTHA EVARTS, my husband's
sister-in-law, the sum of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00).

(q) I give and bequeath to MARGARET EVARTS, my husband's
sister-in-law, the sum of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00).
