(j) 75 percent of the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate is to be divided equally between LSVI OSCAR PETERSON,
CARL A, PETERSON, 3ILA PETERSON SCOTT, CLARENCS I. HOYT, MARTHA
EVARTS, MARGARET EVARTS, and ETHSL EVARTS DUNBAR. If any of the
beneficiaries listed in this Paragraph (j) shall predecease me,
then their share shall be distributed equally to the surviving
beneficiaries in this Paragraph (j). Taxes are to be paid by-the
Estate as to these bequests.
(k) 25 percent of the rest, residue-and remainder of
my estate is to be divided equally between PHiLLIP McDERMOTT, MARY
JANE CARR, CLARENCE HOYT, CHARLES HOY~, LORRAINE HOYT MELILLO, EARLS
EDWARD HOYT, ELLSWORTH T. EVARTS, ELAINE EVARTS SEIPOLD, BRARHARA
J. EVARTS, STEVEN DAVID EVARTS, GENEVIEVS EVARTS STEVENS, RICHARD
E. BURT, NANCY DUNBAR CHESLEY, LEVI ARNOLD PETERSON, JANICE PETERSON
HUNTER, OLIVE PETERSON SCRANTON, RUTH PETERSON FREEMAN and HELEN
SCOTT CARISON. If any of the beneficiaries listed in this Paragraph
(k) shall predecease me, then their share shall be distributed

TH: I appoint my Husband, EARLS WESLEY EVARTS,

` Executor of this Will and of my estate. If he is unable or unwill-
ing to serve, I appoint my attorney, C. R. McDONALD, JR., to be
Successor Executor. The Executor of this Will shall serve without
compensation and shall not be required to furnish bond.
The Executor of this Will is invested with full power
and authority to sell, encumber, and otherwise dispose of all
personal and real property whenever my Executor deems it necessary
and at a price which my Executor deems adequate, without the
intervention of any Court.
