SATISFACTION AND RELSASg OF TAX LIEN
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCBRN:
WHSRSAS, the undersigned on or about september 24,19 7~
issued a warrant against Isaiah Lucas, d/b/a Aelena Motel
1502-8 N, 25th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida -
for the collection .of delinquent taxes levied pursuant to Chapter
212, Florida Statutes, which warrant was duly recorded in the -
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for st. Lucie
County, Florida, on Sept. 24, 1976, in - o. R.
Book 257 , at Page 2722 ; and .
WHEREAS said delinquent tax has been paid in full and the
tax lien created by the ,recording of the said tax warrant,
satisfied in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESS that the said delinquent tax

having been paid in full and the tax lien therefore satisfied, I
hereby, pursuant to Section 212.15(3, Florida Statutes, satisfy
said lien of record and direct that the Clerk of the Circuit
Court note on the record of the said tax warrant the filing of
