SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF TAX LIEN
TO ALL WHOIrI IT MAY CONCERN
WHEREAS, the undersigned on or about September 24,19 7f
issued a warrant against Isaiah Lucas, d/b/a Lucas
Commercial Building, 1502-A N. 25th Street,_1502-B N.
25th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida
for the 'collection of delinquent taxes levied pursuant to Chapter
212, Florida Statutes, which warrant was duly recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for st. Lucie
County, Florida, on sept. 24, 19~, in o. R.
Hook 257 , at Page 2721 ~ and
WHEREAS said delinquent tax has been paid in full and the
tax lien created by the recording of the said tax warrant,
satisfied in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESS that the said delinquent tax
having been paid in full and the tax lien therefore satisfied, I
hereby, pursuant to Section 212.15(3), Florida Statutes, satisfy
said lien of record and direct that the Clerk of the Circuit
Court note on the record of the said tax warrant the filin of
