SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF TAX LIEN
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCSRNs
WHEREAS, the~undersigned on or about April 4, 1g 79
issued a warrant against safe surf skateboard Park, inc., a/b/a
Safe Surf Skateboard Park, 2nc., 2201 Okeechobee Road,
Ft. Pierce, Florida
for the collection of delinquent taxes- levied pursuant to Chapter
212, Florida. Statutes, which warrant was duly recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for st. Lucie
County, Florida, On April 4, 19 79, in - O. R.
Bpp]~ 306 , at Page 1269 ; and
WHEREAS-said delinquent tax has been paid in_full and the
tax lien created by the recording of the said tax warrant,
satisfied in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESS that the said delinquent tax
having been paid in full and the tax lien therefore satisfied, I
hereby, pursuant to Section 212.15(3), Florida Statutes, satisfy
said lien of record and direct that the Clerk of the Circuit
