SATISFACTION AND REL$AS$ OF TAX LIEN
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCSRNt
WHBREAS, the undersigned on or about september 24,1y76
issued a warrant against Isaiah Lucas, d/b/a Christie's
Rooming House, 1212 Avenue "L", 3103 Avenue "T",
Ft. Pierce,. Florida
for the collection of delinquent taxes levied pursuant to Chapter
212, Florida Statutes, which warrant was duly recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for st. Lucie
County, Florida, on Sept. 24, 1976 , in o. R.
Book 257 , at Page 2723 and
WHEREAS said delinquent tax has been paid in full and the
tax lien created by the recording of the said tax warrant,
satisfied in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESS that the said delinquent tax
having been paid in full and the tax lien therefore satisfied, I
hereby, pursuant to Section 212.15(3), Florida Statutes, satisfy
~ said lien of record and direct that the Clerk of the Circuit
Court note on the record of the said tax warrant the filing of
this satisfaction with him.
