AFFIDAVIT
ST. LUCIE COUNTY
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
WESLEY SHAW, who, upon being duly sworn, did depose and say -
that he is the owner of Parcel i of the hereinafter described
property and that he owns an undivided one-half. interest in
Parcel II of the hereinafter described property, the said
Parcels being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida and des-
cribed as follows: ~ +
PARCEL I: Lot 35, J.E.W. McCULLER'S SUBDIVISION, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4,
page 34, of the public records of St.
Lucie_County, Florida; and
PARCEL II: Beginning at the Northeast corner of McCuller's
Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 4, at Page 34, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and run thence West
239 feet to the East side of Ninth Street, thence
South 72 feet along the East side of Nineth Street
and thence East 239 feet to the East line of said
Subdivision, and thence North 72 feet on East line
of McCuller's Subdivision to the Point of Beginning,
same being part of the unnumbered lots in said
_ - _ McCulley-' s -Subdivision.- - - - - - _ _ _ - - _ _ - -
Affiant further says that he was married to one Pearl Shaw
~ with whom he lived for many years but that approximately twelve
years ago they separated and neither Pearl Shaw nor any of the
children born of said marriage ever r-esided upon the within des-
cribed property.
