as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, at Page 34, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and run
thence West 239 feet to the East side of Ninth Street, thence
South 72 feet along the East side of Ninth Street and thence
East 239 feet to the East line of said subdivision, and thence
North 72 feet on East line of McCuller's Subdivision to the
Point of Beginning, same being"part of the unnumbered lots in
said McCuller's Subdivision.
The Grantors represent unto the Grantees that the above-described property is not the
homestead of any of the Grantors. -
Subject to that certain-first mortgage from the grantees hereof to First Federal Savings
and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, dated July 18, 1979, recorded in O.R. Book 314 at
page 2798, of the Public records of St. Lucie County, Florida securing the original
