acordsd in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Prroperty is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date, in the volume and, at the page as follows:

Such provision: as era incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Crnranants 1 through 17 and
NonLUniform Covenants 18, 19, 20, 22, and -23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be connived to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acianowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further crnrenant and agree
as foIIows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Fut~u+e Advances, with
interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that saM
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the prindpal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage, sot including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed
the orginal amount of the Note plus US ~ ~yY3R _
