The South 100 feet of the foliowing property: Beginning at a
stake on the line of the St. Lucie Sound, in the SE# of SW~ of
Section 4, Township 37 South, Range 4i East, being 335 7/12
feet-North of .Section line, and at the North corner of a lot
conveyed by Thomas E. Richards and wife to Lucie E. Richards
May 28, 1885; thence Westerly and at right angles to .the St.
Lucie Sound along North line of Lucie E. Richards to the edge _
of the Savannah; thence Northerly along the Savannah b00 feet
to a stake; thence Easterly and parallel with the-first tine
to the St. Lucie Sound; thence Southerly on the line of St. -
Lucie~Sound 600 feet to the place of beginning, containing 12
acres, more or less; with riparian rights. Excepting therefrom
the right of way of the Florida East Coast Railway and all
public roads,

a stake; thence Easterly and parallel to the first line to

Southwesterly to the East right of way of the FECRR, thence
Northwesterly along the right of way 100 feet more of less to
