a certain promissory note dated Jul 21, 1977 , ahereby

WHEREAS, the pasties of the second part executed to the party of the
first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the
following described premises, to-wits
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 5 of J. E. Kell®'s S~ibdivisian
of the NWT oaf Section 34, Zbwrsship 35 South, Range 40 East; thence South on ~
Highway .line 165 feet; ttmnoe West 300 feet; thes:oe North 165 feet; thence

AND WHEREAS, the said party of the first part is now the holder of said
note and mortgage and the said parties of the second part are now the
owners of the said mortgaged premises,

hereby mutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid -
