Payable as follows: The sum of $432.95 shall be due and payable on the

and payable on the 15~ day of each month thereafter until the entire
amount of principal and interest due hereunder shall have been paid in
full. Payments shall be applied first to interest then outstanding and
next to reduction of principal.
The borrower shall have the right to prepay the entire balance outstanding
under this note at any time and at the borrower's option without penalty.
