CLARA P. LETARTE, if living, and if deceased,. any unknown party
who may claim as a spouse, heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor,
creditor, trustee, or other claimant, by, through, under, or against
-them; and, all claimants, persons or parties having or claiming to
have any right, title or interest in the below-described property
being situate and lying in St. Lucie County, Florida.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following

The North 50 feet of the South 125 feet of the East 300
feet of Lot 182 (less U.S. Highway #1~ of Unit Three,
MARAVILLA GARDENS, as per plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 6, Page 62, Public Records of 3t. Lucie County, Florida
excepting therefrom the East 235 feet. Also excepting
therefrom, however, all rights of way for public
~ roads and. electric transmission and distribution lines as
in Deed Book 159, Page 537; and also excepting therefrom
telephone and telegraph lines-as in Deed Book 176,
Page 461, all of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
