Plaintiffs' Motion for new trial, and the Court having deferred rul-
ing at that time, and the Court having heard argument of counsel and
having interviewed the Jurors pursuant to the Court's Order of July 5,
1979, and the Court having reviewed the transcript of the Excerpt of
the Proceedings pertaining to the-charge conference discussion of
standard jury instruction 6.1(c), and the Court being otherwise ad-
wised in the premises, it is
