This cause came on for hearing before me, the undersigned Circuit
Judge on the ~_~day of S'~' , 1979, upon the ex parte applica-
tion by mail by Eli H. Subin and Subin, Shams, Rosenbluth & Moran, P.A.,
attorneys at law, 670 CNA Tower, Orlando, Florida 32801, for leave to
withdraw as counsel for the defendants in this cause.
The Court has considered the motion, and is of the opinion that it
should be and it is hereby granted.
The plaintiff may serve documents on the defendants by serving Mr.
John R. Elmore, Jr., General Manager, Standard Construction of Florida,
Inc., Rt. 2, Box 195, Winter Garden, Florida 32787.
