FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRTAG$ .This cause came on for trial the 27th day of August, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between GROVER ALAN THOMAS and MARINA GEROLD THOMAS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties. and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between -ahem and from the obligations arising therefrom. - 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. The Wife, MARINA GEROLD THOMAS, ~ be and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of i MARINA GEROLD and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. The Husband is hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harrassing or annoying, the Wife. 4. PROPERTY. The Wife is hereby awarded permanent a possession of~the 1973 Dodge automobile, and the Husband is hereby required to make the payments due on the loan for which said automobile was used as collateral until said loan is paid s in full. • 5. MEDICAL BILLS. The Husband is hereby required to pay any and all medical bills incurred by the Wife as a result of go~33.5 P~E~.i~3
