BEFORE ME, the undersigned Notary Public, personally appeared f,'
EVELYN V. FERGUSON, who upon her oath sayss
1. That she is the surviving spouse of LAWRENCE C. FERGUSON,
(,who was sometimes known by the name of LAURENCE C. FERGUSON)
who died on the 9th day of July, 1979, as shown by the Certificate
of Death which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit A, and made a
part hereof.
2. That at the time of the death of LAWRENCE C. FERGUSON,
your Affiant and EVELYN V. FERGUSON, owned real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as; _
Lot 8, Block 3215, PORT ST. LUCIE FLORESTA PINES,
UNIT 1, according to the Plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 16, Page 35, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida,
as an estate by the entirety.
3. That the marriage of your Affiant and LAWRENCE C.

of acquiring title to the real estate described above, until
the death of LAWRENCE C. FERGUSON.

4. That the total value of all property in which LAWRENCE
C. FERGUSON, deceased, had any interest, including jointly owned

' estate for Federal Estate Tax purposes, was less than $45,000.00,
and, therefore, was not subject to Florida or Federal Estate Tax

proceedings= that a Florida Non-Taxable Certificate is attached
hereto, marked Exhibit B, and made.a part hereof.
