KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pieres, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Donald Lustig,

in the public records of St. Lucie Count', Florida, in O.R Book 284 on page
1375 ,securing the payment of the sum of SIGHTSEN THOUSAND BIt~1T HUND1tED AND NO/100 - - - -

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed, by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth. hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
