FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE
THIS CAUSE having come on for trial the 15th day of August,
1979, upon a Complaint asking for the foreclosure of a mortgage
and a judgment lien, and upon the answer and the affirmative
defenses filed thereto, and the Court having heard the evidence
submitted and having reviewed the various exhibits, including
the original mortgage and promissory note, and certified copy
of Final Judgment, and the Court having heard argument of counsel
and the Court finding that the Plaintiff, FLORIDA BANK AT FORT
PIERCE has a valid first mortgage on the property described _
herein and that said bank also has a valid judgment lien by

f virtue of a certain Judgment entered October 25, 1978 against
~ the Defendants herein in favor of the Plaintiff herein, and the
j Court further finding that the mortgage is in default in that
!g no payments were made on the mortgage since the last payment
of 1978 and no payments were ever made on the Judgment, and
the-Court further finding the equities are with the Plaintiff
and against the Defendants as to the affirmative defenses and
the Court further finding that this Court has jurisdiction of
. the parties hereto and the subject matter of this suit, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

(1) That there is now due, owing and unpaid to the
g Plaintiff, FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, from the Defendants,
ROBERT P. POWELEIT and CAROLE E. POWELEIT, his wife, on the
mortgage and debt secured thereby the following amounts:
