POWELEIT and CAROLE-E. POWELEIT, his wife,-including all moneys due under the mortgage and judgment lien is $66,285.70. (2) That the Plaintiff, FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, - - _ - - ~i has a valid first lien by virtue of the mortgage and a valid judgment lien fvr the sum specified in the preceding paragraph, i superior in dignity to any right, title, interest or claim of the Defendants in the above-styled cause upon the following 'described property, to-wit: Lots 10 and 11, Block~l, M.E.
