THIS CAUSE having canine on for hearing upon the Defendants Motion
for Continuance of Trial and Motion for Leave to Withdraw and/or Amend
their previously filed Response to Request for Admissions, the Court
having had the benefit of argument from Counsel and been otherwise
advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the trial of this cause shall be continued from and
after August 20, 1979 to be reset upon motion by either party,
(2) That the Defendants Motion-to-Amend their previously - -
filed Response to Request for Admissions is hereby granted and said
