SHIRLEY ALBRITTON, Wife
ORDER OF CONTEMPT
This cause coming on to be heard on the Wife's Motion
for Order of Contempt on August 24, 1979 and the Court having
heard testimony of the parties and argument of counsel for the
Wife and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Court finds that the Husband, Robert Albritton,
is in wi],ful contempt of -this. Court for. failure- to_ comply with- _the_
Final Judgment in this cause for the support and maintenance of the
minor children, issue of the marriage and further, that the Husband
had the ability to make such payments, and that the said Husband is
in arrears in his payments to the Wife for child .support in the sum
` of $2,865 as of August 17, 1979.
2. The Husband shall appear before the Honorable
~ William G. Tye, Acting Circuit Judge, on September 24, 1979 at nine
a.m. to show cause why he should not be punished for such contempt
` by being sentenced to the County Jail of St. Lucie County, Florida
for a term of 30 full days.
3. A copy of this Order shall be served upon the

Husband, Robert Albritton, by the Sheriff of St.~Lucie County, Florida.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this z4 day of August, 1979.
