August, 1979 upon the Motion to Dismiss Amended Complaint
filed by the Defendant and the Court having heard argument
of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is upon consideration

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the Motion to Dismiss Amended Complaint, be
and the same is hereby denied and the Defendant shall have
twenty (20) days from the date of this Order to plead further

in this cause.

~ (2) That C. R. McDonald, Jr., as attorney for Mortgagee,
Citizens Federal Savings & Loan Association of St. Lucie County,
will not be required to appear at any further proceedings since
he has filed an answer on behalf of said Mortgagee and the
security interest of Citizens Federal Savings & Loan Association
of St. Lucie County shall not be reduced by this action.
