THIS CAUSE having come before this Court on the Stipula-
tion of the parties and this Court being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, it is HERESY,.
CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Third Party
Defendants, WAYNE B, MARTIN, C, R, LOMBARDO, GEORGE F. DAVIGLUS,
NORMAN HILLARD AZEN and RICHARD F. POWER, shall be jointly and
severally liable to pay the full amount of any judgment, order or
decree entered against UNITED STATES FIDELITY & GUARANTY COMPANY
in the principle cause. The issues of costs and attorney's fees
are reserved for future consideration,
