EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ona Dollar, to them in hand paid by `D
the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, A municipal corporation under the laws of the State of
Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey _
and grant to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA for the use and
benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY the privilege
and easement to construct an electric distribution line over and
across the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit:
A 10 foot wide easement area.
The South 10 feet of the East 146 feet of the following described
property:
All of the North half of Government Lot 8, lying West of Fe=nandina
Street (which street is shown on the Plat of Tropical Beach Sub-
division, Blocks 3 and 4, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book
10, Page 9, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida) in
Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, excepting therefrom,
the South 615 feet thereof, and the South 89.71 feet of the~South
211.4 feet of Government Loth lying West of Fernandina Street
(which Fernandina Street is shown on the Plat of Tropical Beach Sub- _
division, Blocks 3 and 4, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book
10, Paqe 9, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida) in
Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, TOGETHER WITH RIPARIAN

and to place such poles and attachments thereto, across and on,
said land as may be necessary in the construction of said line,
including the right to_trim, cut and keep-clear of said line-all
trees and limbs which may endanger the same, with the right to
go upon said land from time to time as may be necessary to con-
struct, maintain and repair said line. No permanent structures
shall be placed or _installed _ on __said _ easement. _
~ The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they own
the said land and have the right to grant this easement.
